Which Is the Best SaaS SEO Agency for Your Company?

September 17, 2026
The best SaaS SEO agency depends on your stage and team. Nine agencies compared, including us, with the proof each one publishes and when to hire elsewhere.

The best SaaS SEO agency for your company is the one whose delivery model matches what you need, whether that's pipeline-tracked SEO, conversion-led content, authority at scale or a whole outsourced marketing team. No single agency does all of it best, and any list that crowns one without asking what you need is guessing.

One disclosure before the list: Tenpoint Labs is a SaaS SEO agency, and we're on it. We've put ourselves first because this is our site, and every entry, ours included, gets the same checks.

So how do you read a roundup written by a competitor? Which agencies publish proof you can check? And when should you hire none of them?

Key takeaways:

  • We didn't rank these nine agencies by number, because a competitor ranking its rivals isn't neutral. They're grouped by the buyer situation each one fits.
  • Every agency here publishes a SaaS result on its own website, and we link it so you can read it yourself. These are the agencies' own reported results, not independent audits.
  • Each entry says who should choose someone else, including ours.
  • An agency is the wrong buy if your sales team can't convert the leads you already get, or if nobody internally will own the decisions.

How did we choose these agencies?

We built the shortlist from agencies that recur across published SaaS SEO roundups and search results, then kept only those that publish a SaaS result on their own sites. We read every claim below on the agency's own website on 16 September 2026.

The criteria were ones a buyer can check without a sales call:

  • Published SaaS proof with a named or clearly described client and a stated result.
  • Commercial reporting where possible, meaning signups, demos, pipeline or revenue. Two entries publish traffic-led results instead, and their entries say so.
  • A stated delivery model, such as who runs strategy and what the agency covers.
  • Current relevance, including whether the agency publishes work on AI search visibility.

We didn't use paid directory placements, review counts we couldn't read on the live profile, claims copied from other roundups, or any agency's description of its own greatness, ours included. Every entry gives the date of its proof, or says the page is undated.

Who is the best SaaS SEO agency?

No single agency is the best SaaS SEO agency for every company, so the nine below are grouped by the situation each fits best. Start with the row that sounds like your problem.

Tenpoint Labs

Tenpoint Labs builds an embedded content system for B2B companies, designed to rank on Google, get cited by AI assistants and carry the same argument through LinkedIn. We work alongside the client's team and use their CRM data and sales-call insight as research inputs, not only keyword tools.

Endear, a retail clienteling platform, grew organic demos by 150% in a 90-day comparison. Tenpoint Labs helped a Series A fintech startup quadruple overall demos within 180 days, with growth primarily fueled by inbound through a combined SEO and LinkedIn program. A field-service software company added $10,000 in new monthly recurring revenue in 90 days, a figure the client reported.

Those windows are shorter than the six to twelve months most SaaS SEO takes, so don't budget on them. Choose someone else if you need links and digital PR at scale, you need the output of a large content team, or nobody internally will own decisions.

Rock The Rankings

Rock The Rankings is a founder-led agency running Google and AI search work for B2B SaaS, and it says it has run more than 300 engagements. Its homepage states that Justin Berg runs strategy on every engagement and publishes the playbook free on YouTube, so you can audit the thinking before you pay.

For Rasa, the agency reports that demo requests attributed to search and AI grew 2.3x quarter over quarter. The result covers one quarter and is shown as a multiple of a baseline, and the page is undated.

Choose someone else if you'd rather have strategy spread across a larger senior team than led by one founder on every account.

TripleDart

TripleDart describes itself as a SaaS SEO agency focused on MRR, and it says every account is led by senior SEO strategists with experience across 300+ SaaS companies. Its reporting covers traffic, SQLs, pipeline and MRR, measured against KPIs it sets.

For Glean, TripleDart reports organic clicks rising from 18K to 67K and blog conversions up 18x over 20 months, on work it labels SEO and content. For Signeasy it reports LLM sessions rising from 15 to 20 a month to more than 700.

The same page shows Airbase's quarterly pipeline rising from $300K to $900K, but TripleDart labels that engagement Paid + ABM, so it isn't evidence of SEO results. None of these results carries a date.

Choose someone else if your CRM stages aren't clean yet. Pipeline-tied reporting only works when opportunities are tracked consistently.

Skale

Skale sells organic growth to SaaS brands, with pipeline and MRR as the stated goal, and its site now leads with AI search work.

For Attest, Skale reports that non-brand organic product signups grew 8.5x year on year. The results reported on the page date to the period leading into 2022.

Choose someone else if you sell through a sales-led demo motion and want a lot of evidence for it. The result we read measures product signups, so ask Skale how many demo-led engagements it has run.

Grow and Convert

Grow and Convert describes itself as a content-focused SEO and GEO agency, and it says it created the approach it calls Pain Point SEO. Its pitch is leads and pipeline from content, not traffic for its own sake.

In the Smartlook case study, trials and demos from Grow and Convert's content grew to more than 600 a month in 16 months, with 20 of 50 targeted keywords reaching the top three. Smartlook is a product analytics platform, and the case study was published in August 2023.

Choose someone else if your biggest gap is technical SEO or link building at scale. The model is content first.

Omniscient Digital

Omniscient Digital works across SEO, GEO and content for B2B software companies.

Smartling, a translation platform, started working with Omniscient in February 2021. The case study reports $3.7M in pipeline value created through organic search.

Choose someone else if you want a short, fixed-scope project. The proof Omniscient publishes comes from a program that ran over several years.

Animalz

Animalz is a content marketing and SEO agency for B2B SaaS and technology brands, with work across fintech, healthcare and developer tools.

For SupportLogic, a support experience platform, Animalz reports that the client 5x'd its organic traffic in 12 months and grew its keyword footprint by 450%. The case study was published in October 2023 and measures traffic, not pipeline.

Choose someone else if you need large-scale link acquisition or digital PR as a core deliverable. Animalz offers technical SEO and citation outreach, but its central proposition remains content.

Siege Media

Siege Media describes itself as a full-service GEO agency, covering consulting, content, affiliate work and digital PR for startups and enterprises. Digital PR is part of the core offer, which matters when authority is the bottleneck.

Siege's Zapier case study reports a $7.2 million increase in estimated blog traffic value and 290% more monthly organic traffic in the first two years. The page is undated and measures traffic and visibility, not pipeline.

Choose someone else if you need reporting tied to demos and pipeline.

Kalungi

Kalungi calls itself a full-service B2B SaaS marketing agency and offers CMO-as-a-service, with SEO and content as one part of a wider team. Its homepage says 150+ SaaS companies trust it, and it offers models for teams from pre-product-market-fit to post-product-market-fit.

For CPGvision, a revenue growth management platform, Kalungi reports $4.7M in pipeline sourced and a 603% increase in organic search traffic. That pipeline figure covers a full marketing engagement, not SEO alone, and the page is undated.

Choose someone else if you already have a marketing leader and only need SEO. You'd be buying a whole team to use one function.

How do SaaS SEO agencies differ?

SaaS SEO agencies differ mainly in what they measure and what they produce. Each delivery model in the table is a bet about where your growth is stuck.

Pipeline-tracked SEO suits companies whose CRM can trace a demo back to a page. Conversion-led content suits teams whose traffic exists but doesn't convert. Editorial content suits categories where credibility decides the deal.

Authority and PR at scale suits brands competing against large publishers for the same terms. An outsourced marketing team suits companies that need more than SEO. If you're still deciding what your SEO program should contain, our SaaS SEO playbook covers strategy before you pick a partner.

What should you ask before signing?

Ask every shortlisted agency the same five questions, and compare the answers side by side. Google's own guidance on hiring an SEO includes two of them: ask for examples of previous work, and ask how the agency measures success.

  1. Who works on our account after signing? Get names.
  2. Which of your SaaS clients look like us? Match on sales motion and stage, not only industry.
  3. What will you report every month? Look for demos, trials or pipeline alongside traffic.
  4. How do you measure AI search visibility? Ask for the method.
  5. What do we keep if we leave? Content, data and reporting history should be yours.

An agency that answers all five with specifics, and shows a result you can click through to, has earned a second call.

When should you not hire an agency?

You shouldn't hire a SaaS SEO agency when the problem holding back growth sits outside search. More organic demos won't help a company that can't close the ones it already has.

Four situations call for waiting or for a different hire:

  • Your sales team can't convert what it already gets. SEO adds conversations. It doesn't change what happens inside them.
  • The retainer is a large share of your runway. SEO compounds over months, so a company that needs results within two quarters to survive should look at paid channels first.
  • Your founders disagree about being visible. Publishing opinions and naming competitors stalls at the first draft if leadership hasn't agreed to it.
  • You have execution capacity and only need direction. A consultant fits better, and our SaaS SEO consultant guide covers when that hire fits.

Nobody wants to hear "not yet" from an agency. It's still cheaper than a retainer spent proving it.

FAQs

How long does SaaS SEO take to show results?

SaaS SEO usually takes six to twelve months to show meaningful progress. That range is when agencies told GoodFirms progress begins for SaaS and healthcare work, so treat it as the industry's own estimate, not a guarantee.

Should a SaaS company hire an agency or build in-house?

Hire an agency when you need execution capacity you don't have, and build in-house when SEO is a permanent core channel you can staff. A consultant sits between the two, adding direction to a team that can already execute.

Do SaaS SEO agencies handle AI search visibility?

Many now do, and several agencies on this list publish AI search results alongside Google rankings. Ask how they measure citations across engines, because a single screenshot of an AI answer isn't a measurement.

What should a SaaS SEO agency report on?

A SaaS SEO agency should report on the conversion events your business runs on, such as signups, trials, demos or pipeline, alongside traffic and rankings. Traffic alone can rise while revenue stays flat.

Pick for fit, not rank

The right agency depends on your sales motion, your stage and who will own decisions internally. Use the table to shortlist two or three, then ask each one the five questions above.

If an embedded system across Google, AI search and LinkedIn sounds like your gap, schedule a founder call with Tenpoint Labs.
